Severn House Site Update Q2 2021
Internal fit out is in progress
1st to 3rd floors 2nd fixed with decorations on these floors commencing from 10/05/21
Fourth to Sixth floors are mist coated with the second floor fixed
First to third floors kitchens, bathroom sanitary ware, floor and wall tiling are all progressing
Ductwork and final first fix M&E works progressing on floors seven to nine
All windows are now fitted
Brickwork façade to the seventh floor
External rendering preparation progressing to the rear elevation
Fire sprinkler installation is complete
Lift installation is commencing 17 May 2021
Information being collated to discharge pre-occupation planning conditions prior to completion
Estimated Completion: Q2/Q3 2021
